mod rewrite of directory

Hello,

I need someone to do a mod-rewrite on a directory website that I run. The directory I use can be found here:

[url removed, login to view]

I want the URL's to be static html pages and not like they are now: php?=cat356

I also want you to change the page title of each page. It's currently "NameOfSite > Top > Category name" and I only want the category name.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

(No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
