c#.net expert to fix few performance bugs of video conferencing application(repost)

Seeking c#.NET expert with few years of WCF/WPF and .NET 3.5 experience to fix following issues with existing .NET 3.5 Video conferencing & collaboration software. Following 2 major performance benchmarkings with Skype need to be done: 1 - Audio/ Video chat mdoules Video freezing should not happen like skype for up to 5 users, it should be able to push at least 20 fps. Also, the CPU and memory load should be equal to Skype when in audio/video conference. 2 - Loading of Features like chat/video/audio Currently chat/ video and audio features loading takes little longer than skype, it should take the equal time to load these features as skype. To be Provided: - Complete latest source code of current application. Deliverables: - Complete updated, compiling and running source code fixed as per the given requirements. Tools and technologies involved: VS 2008, .NET 3.5, c#, WCF, WPF The project requires high end .NET architecture expertise. It may require rearranging/rewriting classes to fix architecture of the application to consume less memmory/cpu and take less time to operate/ respond in case of video or loading modules etc.,. Please note that this is not a task for c# beginner...At the same time it could be 2-3 days task for expert individual/ group with hard core c# & .NET platform expertise who know what they are doing. The project would require full-time/ near full-time attention of the coder. Let me know your thoughts and queries. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
