This Flash project was first undertaken by Rentacoder programmer Pointersoft.? It was incomplete? and on testing it was found that it would not work on many computers due to the resources demanded by the code.? I offered to pay the coder more money to get? an extension to sort out? these? bugs? and to add a few? minor mods. He told me to do it outside of Rentacoder and to pay the RaC escrow and rate him. This unfortunately I did. He then stopped communicating with me altogether. Rentacoder have even refused to? return? the commission they took on this project and now they will not respond to my emails.? ? It is a very unsatisfactory situation in which I am completely inncocent and have lost my money. I need help to get this? Flash swf Component? done asap. It is a scroller which pans a very wide image across a viewing screen and allows areas of the image to be mapped so that clicking on the image will provide a link to separate html pages of data. ? Fuller details and links to the existing js site are in the attached brief document.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
