Chariy pixel site.

Hi I'm looking to create a pixel site with a difference. Instead of logos i want the users to be able to upload pictures of themselves and link to their myspace accounts only. Ideally once the user has purchased their pixel when they rollover it on the homepage the fullsize picture will appear. Then when they click on it it will take them to myspace. The pricing will be 1 GBP per pixel and i would like a paypal system in place to recieve payment. If theres an easier cheaper way please let us know. Ideally it will include all the standard features like a blog, newsletter and list of buyers. I would also like the counter at the top to display how much money has been earned for charity. A logo would be very welcoming but if you cant do it for the price thats ok.
