Complete Website Redesign For Hosting Company

Hello, This bid request is for the complete redesign of website for a small but growing web hosting company. The completed design should have a look, feel and overall design similar to that of the [login to view URL] website. The site should include the following features: 1) I would like the website to be designed closely to that of http://www.macromedia.com. I like the colors, menu system and flash placement of this site. Website will be built around a logo I will provide. 2) The website should have a site map and search (within site) capabilities. 3) I am not opposed to using a CMS if it is needed. This can be discussed. 4) Website should have implementation with Directi php API which will allow customers to register and maintain their domains. 5) Website should be built for 800x600 resolution and should be centered when viewed in 1024x768 resolution. 6) Home page of website should included a flash presentation related to web hosting and will be used to list current discounts and promotions to visitors. 7) Must be search engine optimized 8) Website should include matching flash banners in all popular sizes, and well as a email newsletter template that matched the site for use when sending monthly newsletters to customers. 9) Basically, as stated above, the site should have the same functionality, look and feel as the [login to view URL] website.
