Data Entry From PDF Screen

Current Software: Current data entry is done using Cold Fusion MX, IIS, and SQL SERVER 2000. Data entry people people enter an identifying key, which queries the database, and then displays the relevant data, with the cursor being placed in the first data entry field. Easy enough. Desired Solution: The database also contains a the file name for a multi-page pdf of the form that data entry is being done from - sample attached. With data entry people using IE 6.0 (and possibly Flash), I want the "screen" to display the data entry fields at the top, and the pdf in the bottom frame. As the data entry fields are tabbed through, name to date signed, for example, the region of the multipage PDF that is displayed changes (even the page may change - use an IRS form as an example - where the address is on the front and a signature is on the back. When they're done with that screen - it will post the data to the Cold Fusion server - updating the database, and then move on to a new file - or a new section of the same file. All I need is a simple proof of concept, with 5 data entry fields, and a multi page PDF. I'd like to see this done using easily available (read: inexpensive plug ins). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP, Cold Fusion MX, Flash MX, IE 6.0
