An interactive Flash video application.

Here is the project description: OPERATION SIDE: You will get a .aep (Adobe After Effect CS5 file format) in which you'll find a ~60sec video, with an already applied motion path. The path is following the face of the person in the frame. As well, you'll have a stills image (new_face) following the path. You will need to properly export the file into XFL format, in order to immigrate it to Flash. Then, i need you make sure that all the key-frames (scale, position, rotation) moved properly in all the shots. Afterwards, i need you to create a .FLA project which i will be able to implement a PHP script that will insert a photo (already with a mask of a new_face), and it should follow the motion path that came from After Effects. Then, in the out put i need a .swf file with a preloader, ofcourse. CLIENT SIDE: A 1024x756 JPEG background, which i (as admin) have the option to change, just by re-uploading the file. On the page we have an area, which is invites the user to insert a name and "click to upload a photo". Then, it places the photo in a overlay mask line that points where is the face on the photo, and the user can re position and zoom in zoom out the image, so that he will get the face in the mask. Bellow there is a button - Create movie. From here, it take the photo with the mast to the previously described application, which which implements it into a move while replacing the face. Then, the application converts the result (swf) into a video file and uploads it to [login to view URL] through the API. A user arrives to a page with his movie, and sees the movie with the face he implemented. The page has a unique id which he can share with his friends etc. The first time, the user can see the SWF from my server, meanwhile the youtube file is uploading and converting, however, the next time he will insert the same page, there will already be an embedded Youtube video. General comment: the whole application should be build in a way that i will be able to implement any other movie, only by doing the operation side, and changing design on the client side.
