I have this form below when i submit it i want it to append a value to the 6 urls generated from a php query.
<form id="emailform" action="" method="post">
<input type="text" value="" size="30" name="email" id="email">
<input type="submit" name="submit" value="Submit" class="continue-button">
</form>
This is an example of my link, [login to view URL] How can i use the form and jquery to append &email=formvalue to the url so [login to view URL] = [login to view URL] ?
Please keep in mind that these urls are generated dynamically with a query.

With form post all the postable values are there in the form data. i think you are preventing the default post back event and tying to do this by your own event. Let me help you on this
Hi there, please confirm that this is what you want: Get variables from query strings and appendthem to certain fields of your form (can be hidden fields). You will then use those fields to access values, is that right? If so, you don't need jQuery at all, pure PHP will do the work.
Hi,
I am a highly experienced Web developer, and this is an extremely easy job. This can be accomplished using even the native JavaScript (or jQuery if you wish). Let me start right now.
Respectfully yours,
Mark
Hi there,
Nice to meet you.
I'm interested in doing your project. Seems like it should be a quick job to do. The concept is like this: I will create a script that will call the query value first so that I can update the target of this form. And then I will append the url based on current value in the input, if it matches the validation.
Please let me hear what you think. :)
Kind Regards,
Logika Kita.
Hello,
it is not clear from your description how the urls are related to the form. At any rate, using jQuery, it should be an easy task to add information from the form to a url (even if this url is dynamically generated).
I should mention that I have more ten years of programming experience (in particular with PHP, JavaScript and jQuery).
