Build Membership site with 2 levels of access and procedures for client registration and upgrading access.

As discussed - Build WPMU Membership site with 2 levels of access (pending/potential level access and client/level access). Procedures for client registration and upgrading access including emails to clients and to admin, with ability for admin to edit email content for these emails. Ability for admin to authorise/upgrade access with "one-click" without needing to login. Ensure clients / potentials only see content pages - not wordpress dashboard or dashboard menus. Ensure that potential clients only see Questionnaire page until this is completed, then only have "Potential/Pending level access (one content page) until they are granted full client access. Full client access can see newsletters, get-togethers and register for open events (using Event+) Existing clients who are not yet registered can register for access using facebook login or email login- they will have pending level access until granted full client access. Ensure questionnaire storage is not easily guessable by using combination of email address and/or random number,
