Build a WP Website Based off of Windows Website -- 2

Hello, my name is Christian. I work for a small startup Seafood catering and delivery business. We had a web designer create a website for us, but he built it in Windows using Hmtl, javascript, asp. Now we need to have my Windows website ([login to view URL]) rebuilt in WordPress. We would want our WP website to resemble our Windows website as closely as possible (at least the home page design, colors, layout, banner image, etc), but we will add a slideshow. I've attached a screenshot (sorry I only have one) of the way we want our site set up. Also, use [login to view URL] as reference. From there, we will need to build a Menu page with multiple products. We will need drop down selections for each item (see screenshot), as well as an ordering system that allows customers to add items to cart, checkout, and pay either through paypal or COD (Cash on delivery). We will need to set a limit on how much customers have to buy, taxes, delivery charges, etc. I think my last designer used MyStile and WooCommerce. There will be a Cart Page showing all the items customers have in their cart. There will be a Photo Gallery page that has a slideshow of pictures (we'll give you those). And there will be a Contact Us Page with a simple contact form. On these 3 pages, there will be a sidebar with additional information (see [login to view URL] as reference). These are just some of the main tasks that need to get done. There will be a lot of customization in which we would have to be online together in order not to have any confusion on where to put something or how small/big it should be. We will need the site to be user-friendly, giving us the ability to change, edit, add/remove things on the site on our own without any knowledge of coding/language/programming. Things like changing text (font, color, size), changing pictures (in the slideshow), moving things around and placing them in new positions, AND add add menu items in the future. So to sum it all up: 1) Rebuild WP website based off of Windows website ([login to view URL]) 2) Customize our website to as preferences (we will need to be online together so there isn't any confusion) 3) Make sure site is the same on computer/laptop version AND mobile version (iphone, android, smartphone, ipad, etc) ONLY BID IF YOU CAN DO EXACTLY WHAT WE ARE ASKING FOR. We are looking for immediate help (needs to be done in 3 days) and our budget is under $150. If you can't accept this, please do not bid on the project.
