Build a website similar to an online marketplace (or online e-commerce marketplace) in which product and inventory information is provided by multiple third party clients/shoppers, whereas transactions are processed by the marketplace operator. Consumer transactions are processed by the marketplace operator and automatically delivered. Site should work similar to any website where people buy beats/music tracks online and have attributes of Go Daddy when you purchase a web domain that is owned by someone (Go Daddy works as the broker to assist you in the purchase). The product to be delivered will be digital musical tracks. I need a website where my client/shoppers can upload music tracks on the site. They also will have their own profile page where they can manage their pictures, uploads, and see account information. Buyers will be able to purchase the music tracks as well as accept certain legal documentation prior to the purchase going through. I also need the tracks that are uploaded to be able to be locked so that no one can download them or copy them to keep from people stealing the tracks. Buyers can hear the tracks, just can't download or copy them. At purchase a legal documentation/contract must be picked as part of the check out. At check out, the buyer will receive the track and copy of legal document. This should work automatically. I may or may not need clients to be charged a fee for uploading tracks. Client should be able to upload their tracks by genre of music and the genres and songs should be easily searchable by buyers. At checkout, their should be a way for me to receive a fee. This part should work similar to [login to view URL] when someone buys a domain, Go Daddy receives a brokers fee for brokering the transaction. All tracks uploaded, should have an "audible stamp" over the track so that it cannot be stolen, as well. Fixed price. Limited budget.
