Build an e-marketplace for parking services

Project Objective: To objective of this project is to build an online marketplace for parking services. 1. The solution shall be a website that have the same functionalities as www.parkingpanda.com. Scope: 1. Vendor should provide an end to end service from website design, to build, to test and deploy of a website with similar functionalities as www.parkingpanda.com. 2. The vendor should be able to complete this task in approximately two weeks (14 days), with a project payment milestone on the 7th day and 14th day. 3. Bidding price should not be more than $600. 4. Website name and domain registration to be provided by myself. Selection criteria is based on responding to the questions below: 1. Ability to deliver the creation of an end to end website (cite past reference, skills, etc) 2. What type of platform would you use build the website? 3. Delivery details (how is the website going to be delivered?) 4. Ownership transfer (how do I ensure that I have full-ownership of the website?) 5. Confirmation on the ability to create a website within 14 days, if not, state the number of days and reasons why. 6. Confirmation on the ability to maintain cost within $600, if not, state the reasons why. 7. Would you need myself to register a domain name and register for web hosting before beginning service? Supportive Information - High level functional requirements: 1. Users are able to find parking space and list parking space. 2. Users have a dashboard that have a one page view of their current profile, listing, previous purchase of parking, etc. 3. Website must be able to integrate with external payment vendors to handle (hold/collect fees) and process payments (collect/pay). 4. Platform must have internal chat/mail between users. 5. Platform have to integrate with Google maps.
