Build a website like Seoclerks

I am looking to have a website built like seoclerks.com. I want all the same features it offers . I want verify a user feature and once verified the user will show (Verified ) I want a unique design and Logo made I want an extra feature added: I want to be able to offer contest for a given item and users earn an entry by sharing jobs on social media such as facebook, twitter and other social sites and a link validator that will verify the post that was shared then the user earns 1 entry to contest. I want to be able to run multiple contest. I want a facebook connect, Twitter connect, Google connect added. I want to be able to transfer funds to a users paypal account when requested a withdrawl inside the admin This is just a rough draft of what I want. I may add more features as I think of them. If you have any suggestions that would make this a better website please let me know. Thanks
