Casino App for IOS/Android/Flash

We’re looking for someone who can implement a suite of Casino games across multiple platforms (IOS/Android – both phone and tablets, and Flash for Web/Facebook). We want to have implemented multiplayer games – to begin with the following games: Blackjack, European Roulette, American Roulette, Jacks or Better Video Poker, Tens or Better Video Poker, Two Regular slot Machines and One Progressive slot machine (all 25-liners) – a total of 8 games. The system must support: - Customer sign in/up - The backend must be modular and written in proper OOP PHP 5. - The backend should have a complete communication protocol so that we can add different versions/platforms of the front-end later - Player Chat at the table games - Player invites – i.e. players can invite other players and receive rewards - The system must support awards based on play (comps) This will be a for-fun-only system - no real money, but since the players must be able to buy chips there should be an interface to PayPal. The job is for the complete solution including backend (gaming engine in PHP), design, graphics, audio, gaming logic etc. We’re looking for someone who can deliver a complete solution. You need to be able to properly test the system and deliver a full working system with no glitches. The product needs to have a VERY HIGH standard of quality, so you need to make sure you can deliver the graphics and audio of a very high quality. Particularly the slot machines need to be modern types with 25 lines and animations in the graphics. We can show you examples. Payment terms: NO prepayment accepted. The payments will be in (prepaid) milestones and released per the following schedule: - 10% Upon approval of drafts for front-end graphics - 20% Upon approval of graphics/design and gaming logic - 25% Upon delivery of Alpha Version for all platforms - 15% Upon delivery of Beta Version for all platforms - 20% Upon delivery of product - 10% 8 Weeks after delivery and final bug fixes are done: After delivery above, we have 4 weeks to submit bugs, and you will have another 4 weeks to fix the bugs. Once bugs are sorted out, final payment will be released. Timeframe: Delivery within 90 days. You accept that ALL RIGHTS and source code to the system will belong to us after completion. This includes ALL source-code, ALL graphics (including PSD's), and ALL intellectual property. You cannot use ANY copyrighted code, snippets or graphics without prior approval and demonstration that you have the right to use it. Please make sure you understand the above properly.
