The following project is for fixed price quotation with mile stone installments. The word press site is approximately 50% complete, work was previously contracted at hour rate and we are no longer willing to provide an open check book. Your quotation will regarded as 100% working completion.
We have found that you the developers do not like to work with fixed price projects, but we have found in the past that we get taken advantage of this way. If you have suggestions regarding a better way of working together to build a long term relationship, spanning several projects, we look forward to hearing from you.
If you are a skilled developer then you should know what is required and quote accordingly, your code will be reviewed by our developers to ensure that it is clean and structured. If you have any doubts regarding your own cost, add 50% to your estimate, but what you do quote will be regarded as final.
The web site has been wire framed so you have an exact model and representation of what is required. You should be a skilled developer and review the work according to a wireframe and use existing plugins (that we will provide) to create the website. Some of these plugins will need to be customized, we have access to plugin support and forums to help with this.
You can present your milestones for our review, we will require that the last milestone be held in escrow and be a substantial amount of the overall project as security, so that we don't get taken advantage of again.

Some details about the project:

• Uses modified Geotheme plug-in to allow data to be entered into the directory by data capturers. The modifications are mostly complete but it may need some work.
• Buddypress has been installed and needs to be integrated for social media functionality and a greater focus on users. This is been done to some extent but will need some work.
• There will be a document repository and job board. (plugins to be supplied)
• There is a forum (using the Mingle Forum plug-in) which has been set up but may need some work.
Stage one involves:
- Skinning Geotheme according to wireframe, with small additions/changes to the plugin.
- Integrating Buddypress.
- Integrating a forum.
