I need a wordpress website created. This site is going to be a funny pictures gallery. I need the home page to display pictures of the top funny pictures. take a look at [login to view URL] or failblog.cheezburger.com. Dont copy exactly, just an idea of what i am looking for. I need a link on the site for users to submit their own photo or video to the site where i would first approve of it and then it can be posted. All pictures on the site will be rated with a 1-5 star rating. also create a page for top rated photos, funny videos, most rates, & most views. Anyone can vote for the pictures, just once. but to submit a photo must sign up to be a user. Name of the website is [login to view URL] message me with any questions. Please let me know what you can do for me. I am offering between $30-$50, but If it works out really well, i would gladly increase the amount of the payment. THank you!
