We need a website for a Car Audio & security installation business. It does not want to sell product online (i.e not an online shop) at this point. Id prefer it written using Wordpress as admin interface is nice. We sell various categories of product (currently Audio & Navigation, Tracking, Security, Safety, Parking Sensors , will increase) We sell various brands (Alpine, Rockford Fosgate, etc My suggestion is home page would talk about us, with tabs of the categories, when category selected you see the brands that apply (logos) and can click on those for info about the latest product, with the ability to then see the 'installation photo stories" (see later) where those products have been used. We also need a large section of the website where we can post "installation photos stories" of projects we have done, sorted by vehicle manufacturer or other keywords (such as Alpine, Kenwood, Rockford Fostage, JL). I,e so you could select "Mercedes" and "Alpine" and see photo stories of various cars where we've put Alpine gear in Mercedes cars To add confusion, we have 2 "brands", one is Unique Car Sound & Security, which does all car audio and security, parking sensors etc, and we have a specialist Mercedes retrofit (i.e putting factory fit options back into a car that was not specified with them) which is [login to view URL] - and we'd like to direct that into the main website, perhaps with a different start page and with Mercedes pre-selected for photo stories. On the existing [login to view URL] website, some of the advice pages (such as the Fake and Copied disk page) does generate business for our completely separate online-shop, so if that can be factored into the design that would be good. If you could show us examples of your work that is relevant to this (or even other similar websites that you would base the design on that would be great). If you want to bid $x for the design stage and $y for the implement stage, that is fine, but i'd expect payment to be done once the project is completed.
