C# lib for building compositing png/text alpha channel transparent images

Goal: Frameless Windows form, with full per pixel, alpha blended transparentcy. Background image needs to be overlayed with several images from a provided set (limited) of icons. (Almost like thumb nails over a given background.) Overlayed with text. Resulting image must support alpha blended transparency, and able to be displayed on Windows XP/2000 desktop. Ideally, a dynamically created composite image with updatable text/images. (e.g. [login to view URL] = "New Label"; Invalidate();) Extra credit and $$ for simple "custom control" code for 3-state mouse over button effects (like a close icon.) Static image acceptable, but pays less. (i.e. ImageMagick wrapper.) (Search for Per pixel form transparency for samples, which does NOT allow layering multiple images or text.) C# ([login to view URL]) Self contained classes/dll ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
