Basic PHP programming

I am in need of some PHP programming with a little html work. I need a program that will allow me to keep my retail inventory updated on a daily basis and get inventory feeds from different manufacturers. I have a list of sku's that need their stocking levels updated through different csv files and need them to be combined to a particular format. I have included a run down on what I am trying to accomplish. Please IM me if things are not clear. I would like you to host what you have created for testing purposes using a mysql database. Tables: 1. Source_1_Pricing fields: sku , price 2. Source_2_Pricing Fields: sku , price 3. Source_1_Stocking Fields: sku , stk 4. Source_2_Stocking Fields: sku , stk 5. In_az Fields: sku 6. In_bc Fields: sku 7. Out_bc Fields: sku , stk 8. Out_az Fields: sku , stk , price Webpage— Create basic webpage to be able to import the data to each of the tables 1,2,3,4,5,6. Separate buttons preferred and marked accordingly to table name. Imported as csv and the ‘choose file to upload’ method used. As each one is uploaded a timestamp for each import is displayed next to the import button stating “last import:” and remains present until a new file for that table is uploaded. (when a table is imported it is to be imported into a truncated table) Function 1— (activated by button press labeled “Create BC data”) If the sku values in In_bc match the sku values in Source_1_Stocking then copy Source_1_Stocking values of the matching sku along with the stk value to Out_bc. B) If the sku values in In_bc match the sku values in Source_2_Stocking then copy Source_2_Stocking values of the matching sku along with the stk value to Out_bc. Function 2 — (activated by button press labeled “Create AZ data”) A) If the sku values in In_az match the sku values in Source_1_Stocking then copy Source_1_Stocking values of the matching sku along with the price value to Out_az. B) If the sku values in In_az match the sku values in Source_2_Stocking then copy Source_2_Stocking values of the matching sku along with the stk value to Out_az. C) Add the pricing from Source_1_Pricing and Source_2_Pricing to the Out_az table matching with the sku in Out_az D) Create a button on the webpage to provide the export of the Out_az in a tab delimitated .txt file type keeping the field headers. Function 3 — Missing Data Report (bc) Create a report of skus that are present in the In-az and are not in the Source_1_Stocking or Source_2_Stocking. Processed by a button on the webpage and exported as a txt file Function 4 — Missing Data Report (az) Create a report of skus that are present in the In-bc and are not in the Source_1_Stocking or Source_2_Stocking. Processed by a button on the webpage and exported as a txt file Function 5 — Missing Pricing Report (az) Create a report of skus that do not have pricing associated with the sku values. Processed by a button on the webpage and exported as a txt file
