Change H1, H2, etc headings Dynamically on a Wordpress site

Before bidding please READ the site. This needs PHP coding as the tags must be dynamic! I have a Wordpress site. I need to: -Take the H1 of the main title on the homepage. -Remove the H1 from all the other pages that are not homepage -Add H2 on the subtitle ONLY on the homepage -Remove all the H2 from the widgets titles -Change all the titles of taxonomies from H2 to H1 (this includes categories pages, tags, etc) -Change all the titles of the posts in the taxonomies pages from H3 to H2 -The homepage and pagination pages must have the post tiles on H2 (because the main title of the site has H1) -The single post titles (when inside a post) must have H1 IMPORTANT! When changing the headings, for example from h2 to h1 the visual effectr MUST NOT CHANGE. The css must be edited accordingly so that the site, after applying these change will look exactly the same. Please note that this is a bootstrap responsive site and the changes must be applied on big and small monitors too.
