Our blogging system displays links to content in dynamic links, I need all links changed to be permalinks. So if I have a link that is some [login to view URL] I need this changed to be a permalink and now show as [login to view URL] So I would want any dynamic content replaced with a – So any ?’s and &’s and =’s should be replaced. Also notice I would like the word “crowd inserted at the beginning of the link and the link ended with .html. I would like this done with modifying the .htaccess file. But if this is not possible to be done with the htaccess file then please use php. The htaccess method would just make this cleaner.

We can make this change in 2 working days. I'll need to change .htaccess file (add rewrites rules). It will need but also change the php files (or HTML) so that the links appear on the site be in the new version (we can do this without changing the php files, but Google spider does not like such solutions - 301 redirects using htaccess). I waiting for message ! :)
