Complete Expression Engine Site - 5 Issues

I have a project that was started by another developer, but still has bugs that need to be resolved. The site is built on Expression Engine and can be seen here: [login to view URL] There are 5 products that a customer can customize and purchase. Each product is slightly different. For example, one product you can customize your letters and upload only one photo where another product you can customize your letters but upload up to 7 photos. Here are the 5 issues we are experiencing: (many of these issues are based on jquery and expression engine - so the developer must be 100% comfortable with jquery and expression engine.) 1. In chrome, some users are experiencing issues picking letters from the lightbox. Sometimes it works, other times it does not. In IE, the letter selection process is very slow and cumbersome. We need to test the site for all the major browsers: IE, Chrome, Safari, Firefox 2. Images are not being uploaded to server (the most images that will be uploaded are 7 in a single page, and will not exceed 85 MB total for all 7 images) 3. Once images have been uploaded by a customer during the order, the download links to the images are not appearing in the EE administration panel. 4. Details of the orders (ie. Frame color, Mat color, Letter color) are not appearing in the EE administration after a successful order 5. Details of the orders (ie. Frame color, Mat color, Letter color) are not appearing on the cart page for customers. Also, we need to show the # of images that were successfully uploaded by the customer on the shopping cart page. I understand it is impossible to know the # of hours to complete these tasks and that it will take time to review the code. We could start with a small amount of money so you could take some time to review the code and then provide me with a more accurate cost. Once these 5 issues are completed, I have another 4 items I would like to complete for the same site, but that will be a separate project and additional money.
