Pls dont award before discussing You want to develop a Drupal 7 website for financial matters and investments. Because the site will also be a list/lead generation tools , the website need to have an attractive UI / UX with emphasis on call to action to get the user's details. We understand primarily we need to develop a Druapal 7 theme with some static content. We made responsive theme using both Zen, Bootstrap and Omega. We alsod developed responsive theme from scrach using media quersy and js and using js framework like Mordenzer and Tweeter Bootstrap. Mere theme development is not what we offer. We follow stringent criteria for the User Interfaces and User Experiences while designing the front-end of the Application we work on. We follow defined architecture to keep the View logic and business logic absolutely separate and use all the required theme preprocessors and the template for any custom module we develop for the application making it quite easy to maintain/modify the the look and feel of the application by the Front-end Look&Feel designers.
