Create company website - Repost - open to bidding

We are searching for a developer for HTML, CSS, PHP and Java Script to create us our new Website. What we need: - World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) - Search Engine Optimization (SEO) - Viewable on iPad and other tablets - Multi region and language recognization - Viewable on different Web Browser - Implemented Google Analytics - Implemented Wordpress - Implemented Google Maps We are planning that this project is completed within 3 weeks. We will create a detailed management plan with you after the offer. We will make 4 milestones to pay you in stages you can see in the detailed specification which is added as attachment. After the completion we will have 7 days to test the website. You also should be available at least 3 months after the project for making modifications or to add features. We would pleased to communicate once a day for around one hour to clearify questions and to prevent misunderstandings. The project: The shipped project should have the following content... - CSS-files for Header and Footer - 10 PHP-pages that we can use as templates. - Every text and hyperlink should be editable by audeoSoft GmbH - Please comment every section that we can easily find the code we would like to edit.
