Create and complete a Custom, fully responsive WordPress template for a UK Estate Agent – URGENT Please read before bidding.

As EasyHomeSeller is an internet business the website MUST be completed to my satisfaction and transferred to my own server within 14 days of instructing a developer. I have previously hired a developer however although work has begun, it’s far from completed and after weeks of lies and delays, it’s still missing key functions. [login to view URL] The template must be responsive and look fantastic with modern web browsers and will resize for desktops, laptops and mobile devices, smartphones and tablets. Once the desktop version is approved, I’ll provide designs for the tablet / phone versions. Pages must be fully manageable by the client, with the ability to ‘drag and drop’ elements onto the pages incorporating a visual page editor and relevant short codes to allow for determining page area ie. 4/12ths. Key functionality required: Opening times graphic in the header will display an image / time for weekends (10am-5pm) and weekdays (10am – 8pm). Custom CALCULATOR / SLIDER to be created. This must match a design attached and will work on the following formula below: The user chooses a price (£) and a percentage rate from slider. This reveals a SAVING based on the above formula (and will include VAT charged at 20%). Using the same formula the price and saving would appear based on using our services and our fixed 0.7% percentage rate. The user will have the option to ‘share’ this saving via social media ie FB message – “I can save £800 by selling my home with EasyHomeSeller” The site will also integrate and display a live API property feed and will feature a basic custom map view / gallery view of the properties. Instructions and access to some test data are available for this to set this up. The development will commence on a ‘test server’ belonging to the supplier. The supplier will give wp-access so I can add test data / copy / images. Once the website has been fully tested and approved in writing by the client, the client will provide the supplier with FTP access to transfer and migrate over the full website, code and all supporting databases ensuring all pages and plugins are working correctly. The toolkit to be developed will include: • Vebra Alto API property feed data Integration into the site • Social sharing of pages and potential user saving results • A custom property google map with custom map pins • Property Search page – gallery view as per my design • Custom side bar menus • Google analytics set up • A professional blog / news section • Customised / styled forms / buttons • Set up of a database / website backup tool • Page & file Caching/compression, database optimization • [login to view URL] and .htaccess files setup and configured properly • SEO Metatags set up, config and SEO friendly URLs • Appropriate sitemap • Set up re-direction to avoid 404 errors • Support to iron out and fix any bugs or errors on the website once transferred. • Custom Favicon icon • Custom homepage editable ‘quicklinks’ • Ability to add ‘roundels’ and links to pages • Ability to add a custom footer call to action to each page • Custom ‘Pledge’ page based on design to be provided The tooklit will allow for easy creation of fully customised buttons / rollovers, and will use a visual page composer, custom page menus, and will allow for setting tables, tabs and toggles, accordians, setting contact forms, responsive slider control, Cookies panel, icon creator.
