Adwords keyword wrapper tool. (A web script which adds brackets for exact match or quotes for phrase match.)

I would like a clone of an existing web script which adds brackets to Adwords keywords for exact match, quotes for phrase match, and nothing to broad match. The existing application is located at: [url removed, login to view]

Notes:

* I prefer the script to be in PHP (first choice) or Perl (2nd choice), for Unix and Linux servers.

* The resulting data must be correctly formatted, whether the optional "Max Bid" and/or "Destination URL" features are used for individual keywords or not.

* You should be familiar with Google Adwords, to ensure the resulting data is correctly formatted.

* I do NOT need or want the "Stemming" feature offered by the tool. It must simply take an existing keyword list and add quotes and/or brackets, and optionally (at the user's discretion) add the Max Bid or the Destination URL data to each keyword.

* Please familiarize yourself with the tool by entering a list of keywords and trying the various checkboxes and dropdown boxes, to see the variety of formats available for the resulting keyword lists.

* Should be an easy job if you know what you're doing.

* I'd like some basic installation instructions so I could install it myself.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
