article manager and crawler

I am looking for an article manager/crawler that is rather simple. First, I will enter a subject/keyword and it will look for those terms and crawl free article websites such as: [url removed, login to view] [url removed, login to view] [url removed, login to view] It should then group the articles by category and/or subcategories. The articles themselves should be placed on a template-driven page (I should have the option of using different templates). Basically it should print out the article on a template with banner spots between the article. Here would be a perfect example of a category page: [url removed, login to view] The category page should display the first few lines of the article and the subject should have a hyperlink which points to the full article page. The article pages should also be template driven, from which I would add banner spots to. If I add a new tempate at a later time, I should be able to re-generate any/all articles to use the new template. The banner spots should be programmed in a way where I can change them all at once for all article pages. The articles/category pages should be 100% html-generated pages with Search Engine friendly URLs. There should be a search engine to search for any articles. In the admin I should be able to set the amount of articles per page. I will also give you a very simple design to integrate into the script so all pages are generated using an existing webdesign. TO summarize it, the script should be similar to what you see on the example website I have provided: [url removed, login to view] *Experience with article managers is a plus.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
