Buyer Loyalty-Rewards Points System

Customer loyalty-Rewards points system I have 3 websites hosted on BigCommerce, I want to develope a customer loyalty/rewards program that gives customers points/$$$ for each dollar spent. Purchases from all 3 stores will accumulate rewards in a customers account. As an example, if a customer makes a purchase at store 1 they could later use their rewards at store 1,2 or 3. This system/program will collect and send the data through the BigCommerce API see here https://developer.bigcommerce.com/display/API/QuickStart+Guide System/app will be on its own hosting account/server. System will award each customer points or $$$ for each dollar spent. Customer should be able to see their rewards when signed in to one of my stores. Customer should be able to choose during checkout whether to use accumulated rewards or save for future use. Admin should be able to set and adjust Points or $ % per Dollar spent. updated via the api or cron every x hours Monthly email reminders to customer showing points/dollar status. Possible addons, these features below can be discussed. Ability to assign extra points to certain products. Ability to give extra points for spending a certain dollar amount, ex: spend $100 and get 10 extra points. Ability to reward biggest customers by giving higher % of points once they reach a certain dollar amount in a year.
