-monitors time spent on specific websites and running specific desktop applications as nominated by user

-sets text for reminders

-sets max time to be spent on each specific website or application

-at max time allocated, application shuts down or restarts computer, or closes browser or application, or displays reminder text

-thereafter the application prevents the specified websites and desktop applications being run on the computer for a specific period of time

-reporting on time spent on each specified site or application on daily report basis between any two specified dates, graphs of usage

Other requirements

-works with internet explorer versions 5-8, firefox 2-3, opera, chrome

-works with all methods of internet address entry eg direct ip address

-works with all installed desktop applications on a computer

-can be installed centrally on a network or on a single computer

-automated usage report to be sent to a nominated email address if usage exceeds specified limits

-admin and superadmin profiles

-application screen that shows a specific webpage content without displaying web address and shows this as part of the application itself

-look of application to be custom designed according to wireframes provided
