Create J2ME application of FireArms

We are looking to create a firearm application that will include the following weapons: 1. Gun

2. Machine gun

3. Electric shocker

4. Crossbow

5. Switch blade Knife

6. Cannon

Each item must have a charging state (where you arm the weapon before firing) and a fire state (where you discharge the weapon)

Each item must have hi-quality images (images or real weapons not drawing) ? and hi-quality sound effects. (sound for? charging and sound for fire/discharge)

Application should have all normal menus like: splash screen, main menu, instructions, about, etc'.

Application and Coder must meet all requirements in the attached document.

## Deliverables

Project developmentrequirements:

1.Paz-Interactive provides agame concept and some guide lines. All aspects of game development are coder’s responsibility.

[url removed, login to view] provides: Graphics,sounds, game-play, etc. All of these must be in high-quality at least as highas in online demo we provide. Note that it is not allowed to use the originalmaterial (graphics, sounds, etc) from online demo, if we provide such link toyou.

Then they both remain there for at least 2 seconds. All and all splashshould take about 4 seconds (or longer if game load time is longer)

11.? Coder guarantee ??" Coder guarantees that ifquality of the product he provides does not meet the standards and requirementsof Paz-Interactive he will forfeit the bid and return all funds toPaz-Interactive. Coder understands that Paz-Interactive cannot use at all aproduct that is only partially complete or partially ported to the list ofhandset. And so if project is not approved in full my Paz-Interactive then the coderwill not ask for any partial fee for the project. By accepting the project thecoder agrees to all terms in this doc and in the project proposal.
