Custom AI Yahoo Chat

We are looking to Develop a Highly Advanced Y! Chat system. Must be a Multi-threaded stable system capable of running up to 5,000 threads. Must run on CentOs. Have proxy Support. Must be able to recognize keywords in responses from users and respond with message. Must have an use Avatar for each thread. Must be able to add users to threads buddy list. Must have CAPTCHA support. Must be ale to clear individual/all threads buddy list from command line. Must be able to update Bot on the fly or while paused. Must be able to stop and restart from where bot left off from in user list. Must be able to detected if user is online before message is sent. If any more questions please ask before bidding
