Display 3D PDF in Browser

I would like an Adobe Flash viewer application (.swf) to allow me to view 3D pdf files using a web browser only. I am attaching a sample 3D PDF file which requires Acrobat Reader to view in 3D (zoom, rotate, pan etc.) - I want to achieve the same thing but without needing Acrobat - only a web browser and Adobe Flash. At this stage this is a proof of concept - the developer who can demonstrate a working proof of concept I will then create a larger project for taking the proof of concept to a real application. Please bear this in mind when quoting as you are quoting for the proof of concept phase only at this time and hence I am not expecting a full production version - I want the proof of concept to help prove you are the right person for the job. thanks
