A Fuzzy Logic tool using JAVA

Hi, I want to design a simple Fuzzy Logic tool using Java, I need some one to help me in designing this tool from beging to end. I have got a clear idea of what I want but I just need a programmer to write code for me. Basically If any of you guys used MatLab Fuzzy Logic Toolbox that will help very much, however even if not the important thing is to be a Java master. The tool consist of two parts the fuzzy Interference System (FIS) and a simulation that is controlled by the FIS, I have the simulation but we either going to modify it or create a new one. We might have a very close deadline for the interface (No functionality) but the rest of this project will run very smoothly. Please look at the attached files to see how the interface should look. Deadline: the overall deadline for this software is 10 Feb but the interface needed as soooooon as possible, next 3 ??" 5 days would be very nice. I'm ready to give more details or answer any questions ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
