Add blog feature, fix forms and validate to W3C - repost

Current website is custom core PHP/MySQL property listing website. It is an old script, adapted for the new client, so you may find the code confusing as it has many un-needed files in the directory and unncessary js calls. You need to be focused and free to start straight away. So many coders wasted time already. They all promise to deliver in 1 day but failed to deliver at all. Max budget is $100, timescale: must finish by tomorrow, strict. More projects waiting for the right partner. For an experienced coder who is free to start now, it is a 1 day job. If you are going to take more than 1 day, either you are too busy with other projects or you are not good enough. Please read the attached brief before bidding otherwise I may not consider your bid.
