Addition of photo gallery and album/photo manager admin for users

I have an existing website with a php/mysql/javascript CMS. (Not wordpress, drupal, etc... hard coded site). It has user management features. Users have very basic profiles. I would like to add an album/photo manager. The CMS currently has an existing file manager. I need you to adapt that code so it will work as a file manager for users album/photos. Add, upload and delete features are already working. Just need to adapt the file manager to also be used as users album/photo manager. User should be able to create a folder which will be treated as an "album". User can upload files (restricted to image files) into a folder (album) they create. Those folders (albums) and their photos will be used in their "gallery". I have an existing jquery script to display images in tiles with lightbox effect. You will have to incorporate this jquery script code to create the front end gallery into their current profile page. PM me and I will send further details to clarify. Heres a summary of the work...
