Affiliate music project

We are in need of a php coder that can translate a Russian key generator that will generate keys from our database in order to forward our site to an affiliate mp3 site. ## Deliverables Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details. Should a dispute arise and this project go into arbitration "as is", the contract's vagueness might cause it to be interpreted against you, even though you were acting in good-faith. So for your protection, if you are interested in this project, please work-out and document the requirements onsite. The programmer will only need to complete a small portion of the site. the website is 75% completed and only the last 25% of the site needs to be completed. The application and instructions are in Russian and will need to be translated in order to be used. This project should only take 1 day to be completed. A small potion of the code is in javascript.
