Answer 3 Feasibility Questions About Specific Javascript Functionality in Wordpress

I have an existing Wordpress site/application that I'd like to add a single specific javascript text/string markup functionality to. That said, javascript is not my strong point, particularly in the context of a Wordpress site. What I'm going to do is explain in detail what I'm looking to do and show you an example of an existing (non-Wordpress) website that does what I'm looking to do. What I'd like you to then answer in writing (no code) three questions: 1. Yes or No - Can Wordpress reasonably accomodate the feature functionality I'm looking to accomplish? 2. What is the best combination, method and/or libraries of javascript &/or PHP necessary to add this functionality to my wordpress site? 3. How many hours would you estimate implementing (2) would take? (a range is fine) If you do a good job on creating the feasibility document and laying out how to accomplish the feature I'm looking for, there may be a follow-up project where I hire you to implement it. Do not bid on this project unless you are extremely strong in both Wordpress and Javascript development, and have done complex Javascript implementations within Wordpress.
