Bugfix in PHP application, probably MS IE related

We have build a small PHP application to handle incoming warranty claims. Each claim can have multiple lines. The user can upload pictures for each line. Uploading is done with a Javascript lib which uses Ajax: [login to view URL] In some way MS IE 7 and 9 do not display the button on the right position. See the attached screenshot. We have validated the HTML and CSS, but this is not causing it. We need a bugfix for this. Fast. If needed, you can replace the upload mechanism with an alternative solution (but using Ajax). If you accept this little project, we expect you to test this application in MS IE 7, 8 and 9 and detect possible other bugs. To solve these other bugs, we will provide additional budget.
