Centralized User Management Project

Need expert mySQL database structure design with very advanced PHP skills to build classes/functions for storing and retrieving array and subarray data in database tables. Candidate needs to provide on this project the following: User Group Map Administration (GMA): - Html Form - Class/Function to build and store array(map) (and subarray(map)) in mySQL - Class/Function to retrieve array(map) (and subarray(map)) in mySQL - Submitted transaction inherited field - Form-Field error check and reporting (both JS and php) - Additional security provisions User Registration Form: - Html form that allows the user to select a number of groups and access rights definition per GMA including some basic registration fields. User Control Panel Forms: - Html forms that allows the user to change information on his account ie change pass, change user name, view/edit access rights info. All based on the GMA if admin allows such changes (record lock/unlock) User Management Administration (UMA): - Html form that lists registered users and allows management of user detail account ie edit, delete, suspend, view user activity. Note: all users follow the same pattern ie user group, user account, module, module rights, transaction id, transaction mod. Manipulating data is based on IF(user account and security provision) is_true then map user; ELSE exit per set of failure. This project require a complete set of help and references The code should be build for mysql 3.23 and php 4.34. Programmer should focus on code execution speed since it is a must on this project. Thank you, ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
