Classified ads distribution

We need a joomla based site with 2 different kinds of users. Main function of this site is to send out classified ads to other classified marketplace sites. (Distribution) API for getting these classifieds we already have. (3 API's for the most used german classified scripts.) These API's must be modified a bit. User1: Is owner of a classified market site. User must register as marketplaceowner. User must download the API to import classified ads. User must enter the URL, where his API is placed on his site. User can enter more than on market. User2: Is the advertising user, who wants to send out his ad to a lot of marketplaces. User can enter his classified ad with different categories, contactdata, picture etc. User must pay for sending out his ad to the markets. 3 Types of paying: 1. min. 1,- Eur to send out 5 ads 2. 19,- Euro for 1 month flat (as many ads he wants) 3. 49,- Euro for 1 year flat Prices should be modified from admin panel. Statistics of how many ads and money user have left in big letters in the user panel Statistics on the frontpage in big letters, how many ads are sent out together (counter) Statistics on the frontpage in big letters, how many markets are registered. (counter) Counter, when ads are sent out Module for sending out ads to the different kinds of marketplace scripts (2 Api's for import we already have. Module must export to these api's and as .csv) Template is already done. Needs some modifications for the statistics. More details through personal contact.
