Clone a SIMPLE directory submitter site

I need same clone of the Directory submitter the SITE . This website submit the user sites to its numbers of directory database 100% automatical after clicking on a button. I would appreciate that if you can provide me some sample sites of your work. I do not have big budget nor this site is too heavey I need that to be cloned 100% same functions but differnt look, I might provide you the sample site for the templete as well. Admin Panel must have all the functions it need. Programmer must be expert understanding the Web Directories functions becuase its all about Web directories.
