Create Logic and Widgets for WP Plugin

I have started to create a Wordpress plugin that creates optin forms using autoresponder code from systems like Awebber, and Getresponse. I have created the controller, and optins update logic. I need a programmer to finish the plugin by doing the following:
1) On the Optin Control Settings Pages I have small green buttons that say "SHOW". I want these to submit all the form elements to a page in a modal/lighbox window on the page. I was able to do this outside of the WordPress dashboard but for some reason it will not work inside the wordpress dashboard.
2) For the Popup optins, I need the logic created that will display the popup across the site using a standard modal/lightbox window that darkens the background and that stays in the middle of the screen even if a user tries to scroll. The popup should stay visible until the close box is clicked. There should also be a "disable popup icon that can be used to tell the site not to show the popup again until a predetermined amount of days has passed". I have included 8 options that are visible from the Popup optin settings page that should be used to govern the behavior of the popup.
3) For INPOST Optins I need the logic created that will display the optin at the bottom of posts and pages as specified. I have included 8 options that are visible from the INPOST optin settings page that should be used to govern the behavior of the popup.
4) For the SIDEBAR optins, I need a Widget created which allows a user to place the created SIDEBAR optin in the Widget of their site. The only option that needs to appear on the Sidebar Widget is Title, which if not present does not show, but if is presents a Widget title styled like the rest of the Themes Title styles. There should also be a checkbox or dropdown with the option "ADMIN MODE" if set to on(1), only logged in admin users will see the sidebar optin. If set to off(0) everybody logged in and not can see the optin form.
Due to the character limit of the description, I have not included the full specs, but have a very detailed idea of exactly what I need done. Bidders that I deem have the ability to do the project in a quick and efficient manor, can request the full project details and get access to the video I made explaining what I need more clearly. I do need this ASAP, as my regular programmer is a bit busy lately, I am in need of a good English speaker who is competent and efficient.
