Create Wordpress Plugin for Ad Feed(repost)

I have a special ad feed that I need displayed in posts based on the specified wordpress tag. Then, in the post, wherever a more break is inserted, that's where the ad will appear based on the keyword chosen in the tag. This is so it is automaticly done for me. Right now, I have to manually add tables to wordpress database and edit many files, as explained here. See attachment for more details. Basically, this is inserting an iframe/ad feed in a post based on the function of a tag. Furthermore, i need the plugin to have an admin interface so I can change the look and feel of the ad, such as the bullet points, and colors. Any questions are welcome.
