Create a web developer hiring test

Hello everyone I need to have a web programmer test created in such a way that a non technical person can review the results of the test. I was thinking of a test with preset possible answers but maybe you have other ideas as well. This test must prove that a candidate is a senior programmer, with a few years experience over web technologies I copy paste below the job description so you can understand better what we need to test the candidates for: **MUST have:** Strong proven experience with PHP Strong data structure and design skills - MySQL; Previous experience working on a production, high-traffic web site; Knowledge of web standards like XHTML, CSS and Javascript (including frameworks like jQuery and YUI); Knowledge of and experience with the latest back and front-end technologies, CSS 3.0, HTML 5; A good understanding of Object Oriented Software development methodologies with experience in building multi-tiered web based applications; Solid knowledge of SEO. **Nice to have:** Experience with Facebook API, Youtube or Google API; Experience in well-known CMS such as Worldpress, Joomla, Drupal.
