Custom java menu and slider

I have a joomla site that uses MaxiMenu and Nivo slider. You can edit these easy to customize modules, or write your own. I need MaxiMenu or a menu to have one drop down that is horizontal not vertical that will look like the menu on [login to view URL] when you hover the "all grips" page. I want the display to look as close to that as possible. I need a front page slider or nivo slider edited to have side navigation on the right slide with 4 tabs that navigate to the slider image. I have the tabs and images for the slider. the 4 tabs will be connected to the slide image. All must be done promptly and must have everything working correctly on the site before full payment. All Layers on the dropdown must be correct with no overlapping of main site content. please speak good english. please understand joomla.
