Date Creation Solvement Issues Required

I need a coder that can help me solve a few date creation issues please... I have already create a field on my msql datevase with the date type 0000-00-00 and have linked it to a textbox, which uses a javascript datepicker to enter a date in this format mm-dd-yyyy

1) I need some php code writen that allows me to store the date that I enter on the add products page into a text box to be stored in the field on the database correctly.

2) I'l then need the output of that date to be displayed on this page, <[url removed, login to view]> as this dec/02/2010 All the nurmerical months will be word displayed.. But short, i,e feb, jan, mar, and so on.

3)I then need the order on the products page to be display in date order.. Doesnt matter when I add the product, it just matters what date I have choosent.

4) If I choose a future date, the product will not appear until that date appears...

5)On the edit products page, it needs to show the date that I have already selected on the add products page, then the datepicker must work alongside that page...

This needs to be done asap

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
