Integration of design onto website.1

The coder is required to change the old design to the new design. The site is writen using smartyPHP, i think. The new design is completed already. Aswell as the new design, the coder is also requried to code the form thats asks for type of job and postcode. Once a visitor has submitted this form they should be shown a page that says the job type is available in their area. Then a form should be displayed on the same page so they can fill it in to get more information. The form should be processed the same way as is currently on the homepage of the existing site. The form on the existing site homepage should be removed. The options for job type should be easily set.
