I require a piece of automated software that can: 1) Take content from Instagram (from a database of Instagram accounts that allowers for external submissions) 2) Distort it (i.e. adjustments to transparency, creation of artifacts, erase parts of the image, etc.) 3) Publish the newly distorted / edited image to a website with a randomly determined position (x, y and z axis) and size.
