campus classfied - PHP, Mysql, Javascript

I am looking for a programmer that can implement a classified ad web site. The database is MySql. Unlike craigslist, this site is for campus so only a few categories are needed and most are related to rent/sublease/help wanted. I am looking for something simple--that is, no fancy web interfaces design, flash, etc. However, the design should be extensible. For example, it should be very easy to add another category to the web page. Detailed requirement: [login to view URL] page On top of the main page, all categories are listed with links provided. Below should be title lists of the all-posted personal message(include their category and date). On the right side is the list of message published by local commercials with similar format. When user click a category, only those messages belongs to the same category will be listed. When user click a message title link, the detailed information (Title, Author, Date, Content duration, and one or two pictures) will show up in another page. 2. Sign up page. Users are not required to sign up to see every message. However, they will have to signup to post a message. The account name is the email address of the user. The signup should contain email verification. For privilege users, their account should have credits related to a monthly fee(Basic users have credit of 0). 3. Post and modify a message. Users should be able to post messages by login. It would be better if JavaScript is used to allow easy posting without changing to another page. 4. Admin page. The admin page should be able to delete, modify and post messages very easily. All field of the message include time, data, title author should be able to modify. The admin should also be able to add delete modify user information including credit for privilege users. 5. Extra requirement: The site will support multi-campus so locations should be taken into consideration. Privilege users should have the choice of posting to one location or multiple locations. An extra page will direct users to their preferred campus locations by their choice. The page should allow adding ad banner on left or right side of the main page.
