I need to bridge the user management/login/sessions between Joomla and another php based freelancer website operating on the same domain. This should be done with Jfusion. The freelancer site should be the master and the Joomla site should be the slave. See attachment for details.

Hi I reviewed your requirements in detail and am interested on bidding the task. Because I have enough experience for php and joomla framework and can do it for 2 days. But I am a stranger on freelancer, I am a top member of odesk and have experience that did a kind of this projects. The requirements that you say can be implemented completely but the main point to do it is not a JFusion or EasyDiscuss component. Because you want to make the freelancer site as master, we have to change the source code of freelancer site(not joomla) for the registration process. Anyway I can implement it by the simplest method and I think is not important what I use. The most important thing is to implement all the functions on time and in the limited budget.
